This concept I think revolves around you, your capabilities, your goals, etc.

I'm not directing any of this at you in any way, just generally speaking:

* Some online peeps get caught up in a promise to make content every day (or close).

- That's good for algorithms, exposure, track-record, devotion, focus, etc.

- Conversely, it can cause burn out, poor content for the sake of posting something/anything instead of valuable content.

* Some have a business plan for something...

- That isn't what they actually want anymore and feel locked in.

- That they do want, but that posts isn't going to help with.

Personally, I just want you to select the option that is most aligned to what would be best for you short AND long-term. Then, the authenticity comes through, the right people align to that, and everyone wins.

If that also includes me being able to keep up with your content, then cool. If not, then so be it. But personally, I get overwhelmed with content from all the various newsletters from others... and then I'm STILL supposed to be on my OWN path and purpose? I ultimately wish there was just one or two REALLY quality posts per week from each. Less pressure on them, easy to consistently follow and absorb for me.

For example: Orion Taraban of PsycHacks just moved down to only one primary post per week (from two). Surrounded with other interviews as a guest, and short clips.

Similarly, you could make one big post per week. And then a post every weekday with a slice from the big one, with any additional comments to tease each point out.

Hope this type of feedback helps... even though you are far more formally trained in the psychology of this already, more than any of us.
